What services do we provide to ensure reliable and efficient operations?
We focus on making your operation simple and ensuring your hardware runs reliably. We provide custom racking for liquid-cooled miners, handle installation and setup with your preferred pools and wallets, and offer a dedicated support contact. You also get access to firmware updates, hashboard service, and repairs according to our service fee list.
What kind of building is used?
An older, previously underutilized building is being rebuilt and brought back into use as part of the Forsnäs Energy Park. The refurbished facility is environmentally friendly and designed to support sustainable energy and data center operations.
What does the pricing model look like?
Our pricing model combines a fixed €/kWh electricity rate and a monthly hosting fee, giving you predictable operational costs. Thanks to our integrated renewable energy system, heat recycling, and participation in reserve-market balancing, we are able to support a competitive and stable long-term cost structure.
What does the service package consist of?
The service package includes racking in cabinets specifically designed for liquid-cooled miners, installation and start-up services (including configuration to the customer’s preferred pools and wallets), and reboot and recovery support in case of shutdowns or failures. It also includes monitoring in collaboration with the customer using compatible software tools, a dedicated support contact for fast response and maintenance coordination, and hashboard services such as firmware updates and repairs according to the service fee price list.
